Enugu Govt Announces Verification Exercise for Satellite Estate Allottees

The Enugu State Ministry of Housing has announced a verification exercise for allottees of Satellite Estate, Akpuoga Phases 1 and 2, as part of efforts to validate ownership records and update its database.

According to a public service announcement issued by the Ministry, the exercise will take place from Monday, August 10, to Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Ministry of Housing headquarters, State Secretariat Complex, GRA, Enugu.

The Ministry advised all affected allottees to attend the exercise with their relevant documents, including offer letters and allocation papers, payment receipts and bank tellers, one passport photograph, and any other documents that may support their claims of ownership.

It explained that the verification is intended to authenticate the records of genuine allottees and determine eligibility for further development of the allocated properties.

The Ministry encouraged all concerned beneficiaries to cooperate by attending the exercise with the required documents within the scheduled period.

The announcement was signed by the Commissioner for Housing, Engr. Gerald Otiji.
