The graduation ceremony of the 4th Edition of the Annual Free Computer Training Programme sponsored by the Member representing Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency, Hon. Prof. Paul Sunday Nnamchi, commenced on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Queen of Peace Parish, Ndorommiri.

The well-attended ceremony attracted clergy, community leaders, parents and guardians, party stalwarts, beneficiaries and other stakeholders from across the constituency.

The major highlight of the event was the impressive performance of a young participant, Miss Ugwu Chinaza, who mounted the podium to deliver a speech on behalf of the pupils and students.

Dressed in her blue school uniform, the young girl spoke with remarkable eloquence, confidence and composure, earning loud applause from the audience.

Moved by her exceptional display of intelligence and boldness, dignitaries on the high table, including the sponsor, Hon. Prof. Paul Nnamchi, and other guests, spontaneously rewarded her with cash gifts while she was still on stage.

The gesture further electrified the atmosphere as more guests joined in appreciating and rewarding the young pupil for her impressive performance.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Prof. Nnamchi expressed delight at the success of the programme and reaffirmed his commitment to education and digital empowerment as important tools for equipping young people and children with the skills needed to overcome poverty and compete effectively in an increasingly digital world.

Professor Nnamchi also commended the resource persons for their dedication and commitment, noting that their contributions had continued to deepen and strengthen the training programme.

He congratulated the graduands for successfully completing the training and encouraged them to put the knowledge and skills acquired into productive use.

Educational materials and certificates were also distributed to the graduands as part of the graduation activities.

The graduation exercise, which is being held across four centres in the Federal Constituency, continues today, Friday, September 18, 2026, at Our Lady of Rosary Parish, Emene, from 1:00 p.m.

The programme forms part of Hon. Prof. Nnamchi’s sustained human capital development interventions aimed at empowering constituents, particularly young people and children, across Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency of Enugu State.
