It was a colourful celebration of education, digital empowerment and youth development on Saturday at Queen of the Rosary Parish, Ogwuagor, as Hon. Prof. Paul Sunday Nnamchi, Member representing Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, hosted the Day 3 graduation ceremony of students who participated in his sponsored computer training programme.

The ceremony marked the climax of the 4th edition of the free computer training initiative, through which 2,927 secondary school students from across the constituency have been trained in computer literacy, ICT and digital skills.
The programme, which commenced in 2022, before Nnamchi’s election to the National Assembly, has continued as part of his efforts to expand access to digital education and equip young people with relevant skills for the future.
The atmosphere at Ogwuagor reflected the significance of the initiative, as excited students welcomed the federal lawmaker, with participants, parents, community leaders and other stakeholders joining in the celebration.
The event also featured the presentation of certificates and awards, marking the successful completion of another cycle of the empowerment programme.
Beyond the ceremony, the graduation offered a visual account of an intervention centred on education, technology and human-capital development, with beneficiaries drawn from communities across Enugu East and Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency.
