ENUGU STATE FIRST LADY VISITS MOTHER OF QUADRUPLETS, OFFERS SUPPORT

In a heartwarming display of kindness and compassion, the First Lady of Enugu State, Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, paid a visit to Mrs. Chiamaka Ibeneme, a mother who recently gave birth to quadruplets.

According to a post on her Facebook handle, the visit was undertaken to offer support, encouragement, and congratulations to Mrs. Ibeneme. The First Lady, through her foundation, custoscarefoundation, and her office, presented Mrs. Ibeneme with gifts, including cash gifts and essential baby items, to support the mother’s and children’s well-being and care.

Speaking on the visit, Mrs. Mbah described it as a “truly humbling experience” that reminded her of the importance of community and the need to uplift and support one another, especially during life’s most significant milestones.

“This visit has reinforced my commitment to continuing our efforts to promote the health, welfare, and empowerment of women and children across Enugu State,” Mrs. Mbah said. “Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most and create a brighter future for future generations.”

In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, Mrs. Ibeneme expressed her gratitude to the First Lady for her kindness and generosity. “I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude for the visit and gifts from the First Lady,” Mrs. Ibeneme said. “Her support means a lot to me and my family, and we are grateful for her kindness. The gifts will go a long way in supporting the care and well-being of my babies.”

Mrs. Ibeneme also appreciated the Enugu State Government for its commitment to the welfare of its citizens, particularly women and children. “I am impressed by the government’s efforts to support families and individuals in need,” she said. “The visit by the First Lady is a clear demonstration of this commitment, and I am grateful to be a beneficiary of this kindness.”
