INEC to Conduct Three-Day Continuous Voters Registration Exercise in Mgbowo, Awgu LGA

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced a three-day Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) exercise for residents of Mgbowo, Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State.

According to the announcement, INEC officials will be on ground in Mgbowo on Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th, and Thursday 12th February 2026. The exercise will take place at Mgbowo Boys Secondary School.

The registration exercise is aimed at ensuring that all eligible citizens are duly captured in the national voters register. Residents who are yet to register, those seeking transfer of voter registration, correction of personal details, or replacement of lost Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

Members of the public are advised to come early to ensure a smooth process and to spread the information widely within the community so that no eligible voter is left out.

This initiative forms part of INEC’s ongoing commitment to strengthening democratic participation and inclusive electoral processes at the grassroots level.
