The celebration, which takes place on December 12, 2024, is a testament to Uzodimma’s remarkable leadership and his contributions to the development of Imo State and the Igbo nation.

According to Ambassador Okey Emuchay, the Secretary General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Uzodimma’s life trajectory is a shining example of greatness achieved through hard work, benevolence, fidelity, dispositional humility, physical and intellectual prowess, political mastery, and unwavering religious renown.

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide acknowledges Uzodimma’s large heart, especially in times of need. The organization cites his support during the funeral ceremonies of several prominent Igbo leaders, including Chief Joel Kroham, the former Deputy President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo; Late Prof George Obiozor; Dara Chief Mbazulike Amaechi; Prof. Ben Nwabueze; His Excellency, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife; and most recently, Chief Engr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, CFR.

Furthermore, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide commends Uzodimma’s efforts in changing the narrative of Imo State. His administration has achieved several milestones, including the completion of the Owerri-Okigwe road, the multi-billion project for a sea route through the Orashi River/Oguta Lake, Degema, to the Atlantic Ocean, and his regular interface with Imo leaders.
