In a poignant tribute, the Executive Chairman of Awgu Local Government Area, Hon. Uchenna Joseph Okolo, has extended his heartfelt condolences to Hon. Chief Alex Ogbonnia following the demise of his mother, Deaconess Esther Oligwe Ogbonnia, at 88.
