At the closing ceremony, the newly trained beneficiaries were certified as professional VSAT installation technicians and presented with industry-standard toolkits to support immediate entry into the broadband and connectivity workforce.
A defining feature of this cohort was its strong emphasis on gender inclusion. Women were not merely represented, they were visibly leading the charge.
