ENSUBEB Schedules Vendor Screening for 260 Smart Green Schools in Enugu State

The Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) has announced the commencement of a screening and interview exercise for shortlisted vendors for feeding and cleaning services in the State’s 260 Smart Green Schools. The announcement was made by Assoc. Prof. Hyginus Banko Okibe, Executive Chairman of ENSUBEB.

The exercise, now in Phase II, will be conducted online, and vendors are required to submit their applications and supporting documents according to the following schedule:

Thursday, 19th February 2026 – Aninri, Nkanu West, Enugu North, Enugu South, Nkanu East.
Friday, 20th February 2026 – Uzo-Uwani, Igbo-Etiti, Udi, Oji River.
Monday, 23rd February 2026 – Igbo-Eze South, Udenu, Ezeagu, Awgu, Enugu East.
Tuesday, 24th February 2026 – Igbo-Eze North, Nsukka, Udenu, Isi-Uzo.

All shortlisted vendors are required to present valid identification and original application documents. Only applicants who meet the criteria and perform successfully in the screening process will be formally invited to join ENSUBEB.

The Executive Chairman emphasized that the exercise is part of the State Government’s commitment to a transparent, inclusive, and merit-based selection process, aimed at ensuring high-quality service delivery in the Smart Green Schools initiative.
