Hon. Anayo Onwuegbu Celebrates Children’s Day, Reaffirms Commitment to the Future of Nigerian Children

In a goodwill message issued to commemorate the 2026 Children’s Day celebration, the federal lawmaker celebrated the joy, brilliance, innocence, and limitless potential of every child, while emphasizing the need for society to continuously protect and invest in the younger generation.

According to him, Children’s Day serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility to safeguard children’s rights, nurture their dreams, and create opportunities that will enable them grow into responsible and successful leaders of tomorrow.

Hon. Onwuegbu encouraged children to remain confident, focused, and determined in pursuing their aspirations, stressing that greatness is achievable through discipline, dedication, and hard work.

“Believe in yourselves, stay focused on your dreams, and stop at nothing but success. The limitless world belongs to you,” he stated.

The lawmaker further reaffirmed his commitment to supporting policies and initiatives that promote quality education, youth development, and a brighter future for children within Aninri, Awgu, and Oji-River Federal Constituency.

He also aligned his message with the developmental vision of Peter Mbah, referencing the administration’s mantra, “Tomorrow is Here,” as a symbol of hope and progress for the younger generation.

Hon. Onwuegbu concluded by wishing all children a memorable and fulfilling Children’s Day celebration, while urging parents, guardians, and leaders at all levels to continue building a society where every child can thrive.
