Hon. Prof. Paul Sunday Nnamchi, the member representing Enugu East and Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has expressed profound gratitude to the President for this milestone achievement.
In an official statement released in Abuja, Prof. Nnamchi hailed the presidential assent as a “transformative milestone” not only for his constituency but also for the South East region and Nigeria as a whole. He described the university as a potential catalyst for development, serving as a center for agricultural innovation, rural empowerment, and academic excellence.
