The Enugu State Government, through the Office of the Surveyor General, has approved 45 additional layouts for revalidation and digitization under the ongoing Survey Records Digitization Programme, bringing the total number of layouts captured in the exercise to 150 across the state.

According to the announcement from the Office of the Surveyor General, the government has also designated additional revalidation centres and accredited more licensed partner agents to ease documentation, verification, and digital conversion processes for landowners.
Mandatory Requirements for Landowners
All landowners, estates, and plot holders within the listed layouts are required to submit their layout and survey documents for:
Verification and Revalidation
Digital Conversion and Plot Mapping
Issuance of New Electronic Survey Plans and Certificates
The deadline for compliance is December 31, 2025. The government warned that any layout not revalidated by the deadline will lose official government recognition, and all plots within such layouts will be tagged as unverified in the State Land Database.
Landowners are therefore encouraged to visit any of the designated centres or licensed agents to complete the process promptly.
