This is to direct all the Education Secretaries that the 1st Term Exams will be on pen and paper and all the question papers must be typed and administered accordingly.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Recall that the Board summoned an emergency meeting to discuss the modalities of administering the exam and how to manage the cost implications. In consonance, the Board requested Education Secretaries to submit enrollment data that would assist in quantifying the cost of typing, but many Education Secretaries have yet to comply. The action is suspect and disparaging.
However, time constraints will not allow the Board to keep waiting for the data and the necessary follow up action when the Exams will begin tomorrow Tuesday 26th November 2024. In that regard, each Education Secretary must ensure full implementation of the typed exam question papers at no cost to the pupils or their parents.
Any reports of exam levy will receive a maximum punishment beyond imagination. The Board will be disposed to discussing and contributing to the financial implications to defray the audited cost presented thereafter.
The information must be passed on to the Headteachers of our public basic schools for their compliance without fail.
