Udechukwu Callistus, has extended his warmest congratulations to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on the successful commissioning of Enugu Air.
In a heartfelt message released on Monday, Callistus described the launch as a historic milestone that will redefine the future of the state, showcasing the Governor’s bold vision and transformative leadership.
According to Callistus, the launch of Enugu Air represents not just infrastructural progress, but a declaration of confidence in the vast potential of the people of Enugu. “Today, the 7th of July 2025, will be remembered as a defining moment in the history of Enugu State,” the SUG President-elect said.
He further described the aviation milestone as a clear demonstration of Governor Mbah’s unwavering commitment to innovation and economic revitalization. “Your Excellency, Barr. Dr. Peter Mbah, your unwavering commitment to innovation and progress has begun to reshape the very identity of Enugu. With this milestone, you’ve not only opened our skies but expanded our horizons. Indeed, Tomorrow is here, and it carries the promise of a greater, more vibrant Enugu.”
Callistus expressed confidence that Enugu would soon become a premier destination for investors, scholars, tourists, and global attention—fueled by a new wave of possibilities ushered in by the administration’s developmental strides. “We believe Enugu shall become a haven for investment, a hub of innovative learning, a model for quality living, and a magnet for tourism and global relevance. It is clear to us now that God has used you as a vessel to bless the land and awaken its greatness,” he added.
Reaffirming the support of the student community, Callistus noted that the Governor’s achievements have inspired a generation of young people who are ready to embrace the future with hope and pride. “Your work speaks loudly, Your Excellency. And we, the students and youth, are inspired. We celebrate you, we thank you, and we stand with you as this new chapter unfolds.”
