In a message released from his office, Dr. Onoh reflected on the symbolic importance of Augustโ€”the eighth month of the yearโ€”as a moment for renewed purpose and strengthened resolve in public governance.

โ€œAs the calendar turns to August, I extend warm and thoughtful greetings to the good people of Enugu North,โ€ he stated. โ€œIt is a season that offers renewed purpose, reflection, and momentum.โ€

Reaffirming his administrationโ€™s guiding principles, Dr. Onoh emphasized integrity, responsiveness, and inclusive development as central to his leadership agenda.

โ€œOur commitment remains steadfast: to govern with integrity, to respond to the needs of our people with clarity and resolve, and to ensure that every initiative reflects the values of equity, development, and human dignity,โ€ he noted.

He described the ongoing efforts within the local government as a deliberate journey toward building a society where opportunities are guaranteed and accessible to all.

โ€œStep by step, we are shaping a local government where opportunities are not privileges but guaranteesโ€”where the aspirations of our citizens are supported by deliberate action and visionary leadership,โ€ he said.

In closing, the Chairman expressed hope and encouragement for the weeks ahead. โ€œMay August bring you clarity of mind, strength of purpose, and a revitalized spirit for the collective progress we seek. Let us continueโ€”united and resoluteโ€”to build a future that honours both our heritage and our highest aspirations.โ€
