The Principal Counsel of AZIH & AZIH Legal Practitioners, Barr. ‘Nonso Azih has congratulated Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN) on his appointment as Nigeria’s Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Azih described Dr. Udeh as his learned colleague and classmate from the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC). He said the appointment was a well-deserved recognition of Dr. Udeh’s professional excellence, integrity, and distinguished contributions to public service.
According to him, Dr. Udeh has consistently exhibited exceptional commitment and brilliance in his career, a trait that was evident in his recent elevation to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and his outstanding tenure as the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Enugu State.
Barr. Azih, a proud son of Enugu State, also commended the State Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his visionary leadership and his deliberate effort to engage competent and result-driven individuals in governance. He noted that such leadership, anchored on merit and excellence, continues to foster sustainable development and progress in Enugu State.
He expressed confidence that Dr. Udeh would bring the same passion, intellect, and dedication that have defined his career into his new ministerial role, contributing meaningfully to national innovation and scientific and technological advancement.

He has worked in leading law firms in Lagos, including Banwo & Ighodalo, Dentons-ACAS-Law, and Foundation Chambers, as well as Head of Legal role at AP-Moller Maersk Terminal Apapa Ltd, before setting up AZIH & AZIH Legal Practitioners.
