Enugu Reps Caucus Mourns Sen. Okey Ezea – Says His Death Leaves A Void

The Enugu State Caucus of the House of Representatives has expressed profound shock and sadness over the sudden passing of Senator Okey Ezea of Enugu North Senatorial zone.

In a statement signed by the Caucus leader, Rt. Hon Nnolim Nnaji, the caucus described Senator Ezea’s demise as a traumatic loss, noting that he was a vibrant member of the 10th Senate.

The caucus observed that his passing has dealt a significant blow to Enugu State and the Southeast, particularly the push for the creation of Adada State.

“We recognize Senator Ezea’s tireless efforts and commitment to Enugu State’s progress,” the statement said, stressing that his exit has created a void that will take time to fill.

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to Senator Ezea’s family, the people of Enugu North Senatorial zone, the Nigerian Senate, and the Enugu State Government.
