Hon. Ani, whose constituency hosts the historic edifice, expressed deep appreciation to the governor for making Enugu North the focal point of transformative projects since assuming office. He noted that the revival of the 62-year-old Hotel Presidential, after nearly 15 years of neglect, has restored pride to the people of the area and created a new wave of economic opportunities.

“The people of Enugu North are the greatest beneficiaries of this historic achievement. Beyond its economic and tourism value, Hotel Presidential is a symbol of our heritage, and today it stands tall again because of Governor Mbah’s visionary leadership,” Ani said.

He emphasized that Enugu North, being the capital city and seat of government, has continued to enjoy priority attention under the present administration. From the commissioning of new infrastructure to the recovery of moribund assets, Ani stressed that the governor’s projects were transforming the constituency into a hub for business, tourism, and sustainable development.

According to him, the reconstructed hotel will create jobs for young people, stimulate small and medium enterprises, and enhance the image of Enugu as a preferred destination for conferences, events, and international tourism.
Hon. Ani assured the governor of the unflinching support of his constituents, noting that the people of Enugu North remain solidly behind his administration and its agenda of economic expansion and infrastructural renewal.
“Hotel Presidential is back, and so is the pride of our people. Enugu North will continue to stand with Governor Mbah as he leads the state into a future of growth and prosperity,” the lawmaker added.
